A seriously cool piece of American rugby history, this mid-1990s Pacific Coast Rugby Football Union jersey comes from one of the oldest rugby unions in the United States. The Pacific Coast RFU covers Northern California and surrounding regions and has long been one of the strongest rugby areas in American rugby, producing clubs and players that helped shape the growth of the game across the USA. Made by Canterbury of New Zealand, this long sleeve players jersey has all the hallmarks of a classic 1990s rugby shirt with heavyweight cotton construction, traditional white collar and oversized fit.

The deep maroon colourway combined with the simple embroidered Pacific Coast crest gives this jersey a timeless old-school rugby look. The number 8 on the reverse suggests this was likely player-issued or match worn at club level during the era when American rugby was still heavily built around regional unions and touring club rugby culture.
